Ok I know Jay Leno made a joke about this before, with company merges and what there new names would be. But seriously. I don’t get FedEx. I understand the sign for every package that is received. But I think if your delivering to a home resident it should not be required. Especially when people work and you can’t sign for it, UPS functions this way, and they don’t seem to have problems. I mean this even happened to me at work, I had ordered something and had it sent to my place of work. It happened to be out for delivery on the day that we were closed, go figure. But it ended up being close to a month before I actually got it. It was a small item and I believe from the damage condition of the box it got lost and while cleaning out it was found again. I just simply have not had good experiences with FedEx and I honestly don’t care for them. I guess what really bugs me is I left the house at 9. I had the pre-release signature sheet on the door at 8:30. And now I get this? Maybe I’m just too anxious for OS X Leopard

Perhaps its sitting on my door step right now. I guess I will find out at 5:30 this evening. Has anyone else experience things like this or is it just me? I think its poor on FedEx’s part. [UPDATE:] WOOT!

I found this piece of software a little while ago. I can’t remember were I originally found it. But I have been able to use it a couple times and its pretty nice. The software is called Think! by Freeverse

Basically this programs allows you to focus your attention on just one application. It lets you select the application then it “blocks” out all the rest keeping your attention focused on the task at hand. This is great for all you ADD people out there. Sorry Windowz users. This doesn’t work for you. Oh did I mention that this was free? I think though Space’s with the new release of OS X may solve some of these issues. I think its still a great app to hold on too.
