This article is so true and churches often find themselves not only completely out of touch with culture but as the article says ignoring it which is a cop out. I have spent some time going over my Philosophy of Youth Ministry and one of the things I have put in there is Cultural Relevance is imperative (which is Biblical 1 Corinthians 9:19-23) Honestly we have made our methods sacred and methods are never sacred if we dont know how to address culture then we are irrelevant.
