A Shipping Oxymoron

Can someone please explain exactly how this works?

If the original address is incorrect,  how can one really send a post card requesting contact…if the address your trying to contact isn’t accurate in the first place.  I’m confused.

    Something similar happened to me once. What they did was send a card usps and then it gets forwarded to your address typically they do this if you have moved. Then the card asks you to contact them that is the way it was with me. Ha yeah seem goofy though.
