Leopard!
Posted by Chris on Saturday, October 27th, 2007
Well I have just about everything installed after a clean install of Apple’s new operating system (Version X.5) Leopard. I have some of the “major” programs that I need to install yet. But everything was successfully transfered over, except for my calendars. Not sure why they were not being backed up regularly…but what are you going to do? I didn’t loose to much in that aspect anyway cause my schedule till the new year is pretty “dead”. So no big lose. Anyway. Its beautiful and I love it. Spaces is amazing and love how things just work. Well. I need to go to bed. Its after 4 AM and I can’t think straight anymore. Night.

HAHA your digging deep into the Archives of my blog and commenting.
Thanks for visiting!
I’ll dig deep and comment too! Ha!
I got Leopard for Christmas, and I still haven’t had a chance to install it. Which sticks, because my G5 OS has been cloned from so many different hard drives (starting with my iBook) that I can’t even connect to an AppleShare anymore (even though they can connect to me).
Weird, I know. I keep telling myself I’ll do it once Mozy finishes backing up, which at 146 GBs and 2 weeks later, it still isn’t done. Sigh. Why can’t we all have 100 Mbit connections like they do in Japan?
HAHA Hey man, thanks for checking in. Wow. Its taking that long? Why don’t you just buy a hard drive and backup that way. Seems it be easier. Hope you can get it to install soon. How are things going?
